The CILENTO TABLE Crushed Olives are a traditional specialty from the Cilento region, prepared with hand-crushed green olives and preserved in high-quality extra virgin olive oil. This artisanal preparation follows an ancient local method that enhances the natural flavor of the olives and delivers an authentic Mediterranean taste.
Each olive is manually “crushed” and seasoned with natural ingredients such as wild fennel, hot chili pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. The result is a rustic, flavorful product, perfect as an appetizer, paired with cheeses and cured meats, or added to Mediterranean recipes.
