Preparation for Spaghetti Cilentana – The Taste of Tradition


Enjoy the true taste of Cilento with our Spaghettata alla Cilentana Mix, a blend of typical ingredients that encompasses the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. A simple and genuine condiment, perfect for a pasta dish rich in tradition.

Ingredients: olives, tomato, garlic (contains sulphites), basil, salt and natural flavours (in variable proportions).

Preparation Method:
Pour the mixture into a pan, add 1 glass of water and cook over low heat.
Once the water has evaporated, add extra virgin olive oil and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the durum wheat pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it and combine everything together.

Perfect for a first course with an authentic taste, inspired by the Cilento tradition!
