Pesto Mix
The pesto mix is a blend of selected ingredients to create a pesto with an authentic and genuine flavor. Made with dried basil, garlic, cheese, pine nuts and other spices, it is ideal for quickly preparing a creamy and fragrant dressing. Perfect for enriching first courses, bruschetta and sauces, it gives the typical taste of Italian tradition with practicality and quality.
ingredients: basil, garlic (contains sulphites), parsley, cheese (MILK, salt, rennet,
preservative: egg lysozyme), pine nuts, salt and natural flavours (in proportions
variables).
Preparation Method:
In a pan, fry 3 tablespoons of the preparation with oil for a few minutes
EVO. Separately cook the pasta; once it is cooked,
just drain it and add it to the mixture. For a creamier sauce we recommend
adding two tablespoons of cooking cream and parmesan.
