Spaghetti alla Boscaiola Preparation – The Flavor of Tradition

Bring the scents and flavors of the woods to the table with our Boscaiola Spaghetti Mix. An artisanal mix with selected ingredients, perfect for preparing a sauce with an intense and enveloping flavor, ideal for those who love rustic and genuine flavors.

Ingredients: Garlic (contains sulphites), onion, red pepper, tomato, parsley, leek, mixed mushrooms, aubergines, salt and natural flavours (in variable proportions).

Preparation Method:
Pour the mixture into a pan, add 1 glass of water and cook over low heat.
Once the water has evaporated, add extra virgin olive oil and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the durum wheat pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it and combine everything together.

Perfect for seasoning pasta with an authentic and rich flavour, just as tradition dictates!
