Roast Preparations
The preparation for roasts, rabbit, and chicken is a blend of spices and aromatic herbs selected to enhance the flavor of each dish. Perfect for marinades, seasonings and baking or pan-frying, it gives an enveloping aroma and a balanced taste to white meats and fish. ingredients: rosemary, oregano, sage, basil, thyme, garlic (contains sulphites), bay leaves, juniper, parsley, fennel, coriander, red pepper, black pepper, salt and herbs
natural (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Immerse the raw food in a solution of oil, vinegar and 10 g of the spice mix
and aromatic herbs for each kg. Leave to rest for 30 minutes. Cook over low heat
to keep all the nutritional and aromatic values unchanged.
