The fish preparation is a blend of spices and aromatic herbs perfectly balanced to enhance the natural flavor of fish. Ideal for marinades, grilling, baking or pan-frying, it gives a fresh and Mediterranean aroma to every dish. ingredients: rosemary, garlic (contains sulphites), bay leaves, sage, basil, marjoram, oregano,
juniper, coriander, fennel, parsley, thyme, black pepper, chives,
salt and natural flavours (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Immerse the raw food in a solution of oil, vinegar and 10 g of the spice mix
and aromatic herbs for each kg. Leave to rest for 30 minutes. Cook over low heat
to keep all the nutritional and aromatic values unchanged.
