The Datterino Giallo , from the point of view of taste, is an extraordinary tomato that combines extreme sweetness (high Brix coefficient) with low acidity. It does not require long cooking times and is particularly suitable for fish-based recipes and with ingredients that have a strong degree of flavor.

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, if not completely used, store in the refrigerator (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
