Asparagus Risotto – The Refined Taste of Italian Tradition
Asparagus Risotto is a creamy and refined first course, perfect for those who love delicate and authentic flavors. Made with superfine Carnaroli rice, known for its ability to maintain cooking and release creaminess, it is enriched with selected asparagus and natural aromas that enhance its taste.
Ingredients: Italian CARNAROLI superfine rice (96.7%), asparagus (1.4%), garlic, EVO oil, natural flavouring (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
