Black Truffle Risotto

ingredients: Superfine Italian CARNAROLI rice (97.8%), onion, black truffle (1.1%), natural flavouring and EVO oil (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
