Lemon Risotto – Freshness and Creaminess in a Single Dish
Lemon Risotto is a refined and citrusy taste experience, perfect for those who love fresh and delicate flavors. Prepared with superfine Carnaroli rice, known for its cooking resistance and natural creaminess, it is enriched with freeze-dried lemon peel and juice for an intense and authentic aroma.
Ingredients: Superfine Italian CARNAROLI rice (97.2%), lemon peel (1.3%), freeze-dried lemon juice (1%), chives, EVO oil, natural flavouring and safflower (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
