Risotto Olives and Tomatoes – The Authentic Taste of the Mediterranean
Risotto Olive e Pomodoro is a first course inspired by the Mediterranean tradition, rich in intense and authentic flavors. Superfine Carnaroli rice, synonymous with Italian excellence, meets the delicate taste of tomato and the strong flavor of olives for an irresistible mix.
Ingredients: Superfine Italian CARNAROLI rice (90.3%), tomato (4.5%), olives (3.6%), garlic and parsley (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
