Risotto Alla Diavola - the Italian Spiciness
Risotto alla diavola with superfine Carnaroli rice is a dish that combines the creaminess of rice with the explosive spiciness of chilli pepper pulp, all harmonized by the sweetness of tomato and the richness of EVO oil.
Ingredients: Italian CARNAROLI superfine rice (94.7%), hot chilli pepper pulp
(2.7%), tomato and EVO oil (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
