Porcini Mushroom Risotto
Porcini mushroom risotto with superfine Carnaroli rice is a rich and aromatic dish. The rice, perfect for absorbing flavors, combines with the sweetness of the carrot and the intense flavor of the porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), which give a touch of woodland to the dish. ingredients: Italian CARNAROLI superfine rice (94.2%), carrot, porcini mushrooms / boletus edulis (2.2%), garlic (contains sulphites) and parsley (in variable proportions).
Preparation Method:
Heat 1 L of water or broth. Pour 5 tablespoons of EVO oil or a knob of butter into a pan, add the flavored rice and stir for a minute. Continue cooking by adding the broth or water a little at a time and stirring often.
Once the rice is cooked, stir in a knob of butter and add salt.
